Extrusion - PP-R Pipe
- RP100
Technical Datasheet
Description
RP100 is a propylene-ethylene random copolymer, designed for hot and cold water supply system. It has excellent creep properties and extrusion processability. RP100 is recommended for pressure pipe manufacturing, including tap water, under-floor heating and industrial applications. It is produced using non-phthalate catalyst complying with EU REACH regulation (Annex XIV). Pipes of RP100 comply with the quality requirements of the DIN 8078 or ISO/DIS 15874.
Characteristics
▶ Good processability (outstanding rheological behavior)
▶ High creep resistance
▶ Good impact strength at low temperature
▶ Better thickness profile & surface roughness
